Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Paul & Claire of the Rose in Vale Hotel are unable to accommodate us this year for our annual dinner. They are very sorry, as we are. We wish them well and hope we might see them in 2024.

This is to be held on Saturday 18th February 2023 at 7 pm PROMPT, at the Inn for All Seasons, Treleigh, Redruth, TR16 4AP.
Two courses £18 or Three courses £23 per person (entertainment from Will Keating, alongside John Dowling banjo player, will start at 9 pm). Members may come along solely for the entertainment if preferred.

A reminder to all members that your votes for the Player of the Year Awards in our three categories, Senior Men, Senior Women and Under 20, must be in by this Sunday 31st July with our Hon.Sec Ian Gordon, any votes received after the cut-off will NOT be considered.
The winner will be announced in due course with the presentations made at our AGM in September.
Bill Hooper, who has been the Press Officer at Trelawny’s Army for several seasons, will be stepping down from his role at the 2022 AGM in September. Bill will continue to serve as a committee member.
If anyone wishes to take on this role they should contact the Hon. Sec Ian Gordon.
Trelawny’s Army AGM is due to be held on Wednesday 21st September at St. Austell Brewery Visitor Centre at 7:45 pm.
Would members please note votes for the various Player of the Year Categories need to be with the Hon. Sec Ian Gordon by 31st July. No votes will be accepted after this date.
County Championship Finals Day will see both Bill Beaumont and Gill Burns Division 1 & 2 finals at Twickenham, with the Bill Beaumont and Gill Burns Division 3 finals at Richmond Athletic Ground.
The Bill Beaumont Division 1 Final Cornwall v Cheshire will kick-off at 3 pm.
Entry to Twickenham Stadium on County Finals Day is FREE!
However, if you are travelling by car or coach, parking will need to be purchased prior to the game via the Twickenham Ticket Office.
Trelawny’s Army Supporters Club will be running coaches to the final both an overnight stay (this is now full) and up and back (this is now full).
Members welcome to join in just the entertainment from 9 pm’ well worth it. International rugby on in the hotel before dinner.

Getting there by road – Via the A.30, South through Cornwall. At Chiverton roundabout take the 3rd exit (St.Agnes). The next roundabout the 3rd exit (again) towards St. Agnes on the B3277. After 500 metres turn right by the tourist information sign to Rose-in-Vale. This will take you to Mithian, turn right at the Miners’ Arms, proceed down the hill, you will find the hotel at the bottom of the valley on your left.
