BillTHE NEWS LAST WEEKÂ from Cornwall Council that time scale for the delivery of the Stadium for Cornwall had been extended came as very unwelcome news for many sport’s fans in Duchy.
The delay now means that the Cornish Pirates should they win the Championship play-off final will not now be in a position to claim it’s place in the Aviva Premiership for season 2012/13.
