It is with great sadness that TASC were informed of the passing of our former Honorary Secretary Roger Watson. Our thoughts and prayers are with Nikki and the family at this sad time. Roger was a founder member of TASC and appointed Honorary Secretary at it's first meeting in 1993. He helped steer the club through difficult waters with the CRFU following the founding of the club, eventually smoothing the troubled waters and gaining acceptance of TASC....

The young Exeter Chiefs side showed plenty of willingness to move the ball at speed and in fly-half Louie Sinclair the man-of-the-match. Coach Richie Kevern was understandably disappointed with the result. “We worked hard to get the score-line back to 20-14 at half-time and I thought we started the second period well but we were crucified when Devon scored four tries in the space of 12 minutes that put the game to bed....

Thirty players have been named in this season’s Gill Burns Cup squad by the coaching team headed by Jo Holden. Unsurprisingly there are 11 players from Launceston Ladies who this season have won promotion to Championship 2 next season. Cornwall Women have a challenging pool to navigate commencing with a trips to Hampshire and Gloucestershire before their home game at Polson Bridge against Devon, which will also see a Women’s Tamar Cup competed for for the first time....

Tamar Cup 2024/25 Cornwall RFU are pleased to announce that this season's Tamar Cup will be played on Easter Saturday 19th April 2025 KO 1400 Venue TBC. This is a departure from the traditional mid week fixture and is being played much closer to the start of the County Championship campaign. We hope that this new approach will enable and encourage Cornish supporters to get right behind the team over the Easter break. We hope to confirm the venue in the next couple of weeks.
