BillThe Tamar Cup match starts the build towards the County Championship for both Counties. Cornwall Rugby Football Union (CRFU) started it’s preparation for the 2014 Bill Beaumont County Championship that gets underway in May, several months ago.
Selectors and coaches have been observing games and watching eligible players at all levels since the start of the season.

BillBishop’s Stortford’s big win against Chinnor 43-12, along with Launceston’s defeat of London Irish Wild Geese 27-23 ensures the Reds will be playing in National League 2 South next season.

BillThe Cornish Pirates’ 16-14 loss in the Quarter-final of this season’s British & Irish Cup at the Mennaye Field on Sunday against an excellent Pontypridd side once again condemns the club to an early season finish for the second year running.
The Welsh Premiership leaders were well worth their win and now look forward to a semi-final against Leinster A on their Sardis Road pitch.
