BillThe day after the County Shield final at Twickenham, Cornish All Black, Matt Jess will be jetting off to North America on the England Counties tour to USA and Canada. Jess is no stranger to the England Counties set-up having toured twice previously to Canada and South America.

BillMatt Jess comes into the starting XV for Cornwall’s second County Shield match at Hertford tomorrow afternoon at 3pm in place of the injured Lewis Vinnicombe. Redruth ace Paul Thirlby comes in at full back with Mount’s Bay’s Jamie Semmens switching to the other wing in place of Nathan Pedley.
