It was good to hear that Luke Cowan-Dickie had been called up to the England training squad in preparation for the game against the Barbarians on the 1st June and the following tour to New Zealand and the three tests along with Matt Kvesic from Gloucester who has Cornish connections.
Latest name to be added to the training party is former Cornish Pirates and Harlequins hooker Dave Ward. Well done lads.
Wouldn’t be great if Cornwall and these lads were at Twickenham on the same day!
Good to see the Cornish Pirates having a pre-season friendly against the Cornwall Cup winners Camborne, as well as games against Redruth, Aberavon and Rosslyn Park in their build up to the new Championship season during August.
